The Annual General Meeting is held in September each year to elect the new Committee.

To nominate for the committee, or nominate a proxy if you are unable to attend, please check your email for the nomination form. These are emailed to all members prior to the AGM each year. Complete the form and email it to the club admin no later than 9am on the day of the AGM. Meetings are held monthly.

Life Members

Surfcoast Tennis Club’s history prior to amalgamation means we have life members under each of the former club names. Each is now a life member at Surfcoast TC.
