The Annual General Meeting is held in August or September each year to elect the new Committee. Positions include:

-President

-Vice President

-Secretary

-Treasurer

-General members

To nominate for the committee, or nominate a proxy if you are unable to attend the AGM, contact the tennis club committee via email committee@surfcoasttennisclub.com. If you would like more information on any of the Committee positions please reach out to the committee and position descriptions of roles can be provided.

General meetings are held every month. Minutes of general meetings will be emailed to all members. Treasurer reports are available upon request.
